Hi, I’m Drew Griffin. I'm an aspiring Producer with over a decade of experience working across both video game development and large-scale live entertainment experiences.

I started my journey modding Morrowind, Oblivion and Halo: CE, which led to earning a BA in Game Design & Development from Columbia College Chicago. From there I would work at a number of software and game companies; contributing to acclaimed titles such as Toejam & Earl: Back in the Groove with Humanature Studios, and Dragon Front with High Voltage Software.

Beyond traditional game development, I’ve designed and shipped large-scale interactive experiences in the escape room industry, where tens of thousands of players have engaged with systems I created. Working at that scale sharpened my ability to iterate quickly, balance difficulty, and refine player experience using real-world feedback.

I’ve collaborated closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, engineers, artists, and stakeholders to bring concepts from prototype through launch.

I’m particularly drawn to production because I enjoy connecting people, processes, and disciplines into a cohesive pipeline that allows creative work to ship. I’m currently focused on expanding my production skills and I’m seeking opportunities as a Producer where I can help teams deliver high-quality experiences from concept through launch and empower creatives to keep pushing the envelope!
